We will introduce the addition of the AI-RCA option to XCAP-M and the analysis of root causes using AI. Traditionally, we extracted problem areas from measurement data and conducted detailed analyses, but this process took time, and the analysis content varied depending on the engineer's level, which was a challenge. Therefore, we propose adding the AI-RCA option to XCAP-M, which will allow for the extraction of issues and the implementation of root cause analysis using AI. The addition of this option can be completed in about two weeks.
